: In your StarTeam client, click on ?Tools | Workstation Options?. Select the ?Topics? tab and make sure that the ?Check for new or modified topics every X minutes? is selected. Other than that, you might want to upgrade to the latest version 4.2.742.

We do have the Workstation Options set to check every 5 minutes. I have requested the URL for 4.2.742 from StarBase. Am I missing something (else), but it seems difficult to locate current versions, fix lists, etc. from StarBase.
